How to Participate in the Silent Auction

We have some basic rules to participate in our monthly Silent Auction:

  • Visit us in-store to view the auction items and their display cards, complete with starting bids and item numbers.
  • To place a bid, simply fill out a bid sheet with your offer (in whole dollar amounts) and drop it in the Bid Box. Remember, the magic happens in-store, so be sure to stop by!
  • Stay tuned! We'll update the current leading bids daily, courtesy of our store manager.

Silent Auction Rules

  • Auction is monthly ending on the last SVDP business day of month at 3 PM.
  • Each item has a starting bid on a display card.
  • Each display card has a #-number for identification.
  • Bids are to be given in whole dollar amount.
  • No discounts or sales apply to auction items along with no employee/volunteer discounts.
  •  Only bids filled out completely will be accepted {Must be placed in Bid drop box).
  • Highest bidder has seven days from notification by phone to complete the purchase or notification is given to the runner up bid for purchase.
  • Bids are accepted until close of the auction at 3 PM on the last SVDP business day of the month.

This Silent Auction is not just a chance to find incredible deals; it's an opportunity to support the mission of St. Vincent de Paul. Every bid helps us continue our work in the community.
